SERVICES in BALTIMORE, MARYLAND

are you…

FEELING OVERWHELMED?

You look at your piles and feel defeated. The mess feels too big, too emotional, and impossible to do alone. Too daunting to tackle on your own. Why even try if you think you are going to fail?

AFRAID OF BEING JUDGED?

You feel afraid of someone seeing your house. The shame that bubbles up just thinking about someone witnessing the stuff is hard to manage. You know you can’t handle it alone right now, but want to work with someone who won’t judge you. What if, in fact, that person celebrated and encouraged you?

UNSURE WHERE TO START?

Life is so busy - even if you had the time, you wouldn’t know where to begin. Whether it’s the lack of time or tools, the mess has been de-prioritized. In those moments where you try to begin, you freeze. What if someone could face the ‘start’ with you and move you through that freeze response?

I’m Emilie, and I can help.

I’m a professional organizer in Baltimore, Maryland who specializes in working with neurodivergent clients who experience executive dysfunction.

I blend practical systems with empathy and a dash of playfulness to create spaces and routines that actually stick. I know that traditional organizing methods can feel overwhelming, so I focus on small steps, clear visual cues, and tailored strategies that respect each person’s neurotype and daily rhythms.

Whether it’s simplifying a morning routine, setting up manageable workstations, or designing decluttering plans you can follow on good days and tough days, I’ll meet you where you’re at and build tools that reduce decision fatigue and boost confidence. My approach is nonjudgmental, patient, and collaborative. We’ll celebrate tiny wins, adjust as needed, and create a home that supports how you think, focus, and live.

“As someone with ADHD, I struggle with procrastination and organization. Emilie was able to meet me where I was at and map out tasks in a way that felt doable, centered my wants and needs, and motivated me to continue with upkeep.

They came in and quickly helped me turn a cluttered dirty space into a whole new room. Most importantly, they understand the shame and vulnerability that comes with asking for help and are able to create a supportive and fun environment. Thank you for helping me create a space that is a source of joy, not stress!”

“Working with Emilie was an amazing experience for us! We’d moved in a year ago and due to mental health, grief, and other responsibilities, just hadn’t been able to really get a grip on cleaning our house. They helped us build in long term solutions and strategies so that we’ve been much better able to handle our home. Even in our first of three sessions, the house looked amazingly different!
